Room faced a nearby parking building. Location feels removed from main attractions. expect extra travel via tuk tuk. Requested tuk tuk was pricier than other options, and the vehicle itself wasn't the most modern.

I enjoyed my stay at Duong Chan hotel. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed with excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast was delicious with options like eggs and noodles made to order. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Staff service stood out. everyone was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile, especially during my visit to the bar. However, room service needed improvement. It was challenging to communicate with the staff who took orders. unclear responses led to frustration, especially when I required assistance recovering from an injury. Despite this, the beautiful decor and spa area added to the positive experience.

It was just a reliable pick for a holiday in Phnom Penh with value for money. The breakfast had a decent variety, with freshly made noodle soup that I enjoyed each morning. Bring your own water bottle. the provided plastic ones aren't enough for two people.

Couples seeking cozy comfort
The atmosphere was just perfect for relaxation, we really loved having breakfast on the 12th floor with a view and soft music playing. The staff at the bar really went above and beyond making cocktails that were pure magic, even during their breaks.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still worth it for the experience we had.

An Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views!
Our three-night stay in the Premier Double Room with a balcony was magical. Breakfast with a pool view every morning was a highlight. The rooftop bar's ambiance added to our experience. However, bring a reusable water bottle, as the plastic ones were not sufficient for two. Overall, a wonderful escape!
